Music at Grace Church has been and remains to be one of the most important ministries we have to offer up to The Lord. Through our music, we come together in fellowship every week in order that we may touch the lives of our congregation.

I Samuel 16:16 ". . . seek out a man who is a skillful player on the harp; and it shall be that he will play it with

his hand when the distressing spirit from God is upon you, and you shall be well. And so it was, whenever the

spirit from God was upon Saul, that David would take a harp and play it with his hand. Then Saul would become

refreshed and well, and the distressing spirit would depart from him."

And so it is at Grace.  We pick up the "harp," so that through our praises, we all may  "become refreshed and well."

The Vested Chancel Choir of Grace Church is comprised of both professional choristers and volunteers. The choir sings from September through May, and rehearses most Sunday mornings at 9:30 am prior to the worship service.

The choir performs music of all genres; from the Renaissance polyphony of Thomas Tallis and William Byrd to African-American Spirituals to the contemporary works of John Rutter. The music is carefully selected to enhance worship and to aid the soul in understanding the Gospel of The Lord more fully. If you are interested in participating in the music program at Grace, please contact the Director of Music Ministries.
